The preliminary registration and the room booking on ICMNE-2021 will be closed in September 12,

The Conference will be located in the "Ershovo" resort. The resort is situated
in the best of all the provinces of the Moscow Region. Valiev Institute of Physics and Technology is the official organizer of ICMNE-2021 and will book rooms in the resort. Resort booking is carried on when you fill and submit the on-line registration form. All requests will be treated on the "first come, first served" basis. We strongly recommend all the participants to make the bookings well before
September 12, 2021. After this date the rooms' availability can not be guaranteed.

The room booking at the ICMNE-2021 website is free. The resort payment should be made
directly at the "Ershovo" resort in cash or by card (the currency is Russian Rubles).
The registration fee consists of two parts: a basic fee and a publication fee. The mandatory basic fee is paid to JSC "MERI". The publication fee is paid to JSC "Technoinfo" and consists of a mandatory part and an additional part for those who plan to publish an article based on the materials of their speech at the conference in a separate volume of the Proceedings of SPIE.
The mandatory registration fee for foreign citizens and companies
The basic fee covers full participation in ICMNE-2021 including coffee breaks, and a welcome party. The registration fee for accompanying persons (that is, persons not attending the conference) entitles you to attend the evening of the meeting, but does not include attending conference sessions.
The basic fee for foreign participants should be paid by bank transfer to the following account. Transfer should be personalized.

Passport and Visa
A foreigner traveling to Russia should have a valid passport (the expiration date
should be not earlier than 6 months after the date of the visitor's departure from Russia) and an
visa. To get a visa, a visitor has to submit to a Russian Embassy or Consulate an official letter of
authorized by the Russian Ministry for Internal Affairs.
